This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your Bethpage Tee Bot access purchase.
Bethpage Tee Bot access is sold as one-time purchases. There is no automatic billing — you choose when to add time to your account, and you are only charged when you initiate a purchase. Payment is collected via Stripe at the time of each purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase, provided:
If both conditions are met, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the 3-day window has passed, subscriptions are non-refundable. This applies to:
If the bot has successfully booked a tee time on your behalf, the subscription fee is non-refundable regardless of when the request is made.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds outside the above policy in cases of documented technical failure on our part that prevented the Service from functioning for an extended period. Please contact us with details of the issue.
